Ingredients
250 gm chicken - cut into small pieces

Method
1. Heat olive oil in a wok and add the chillies and garlic. Saute for a while.
2. Add the chicken and saute for 3-4 minutes.
3. Add oyster sauce, fish sauce and soy sauce and toss.

5. Add the basil leaves just before the preparation is ready to serve.
