Ingredients
200 gm pasta
3/4 cup chopped mushrooms
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 cup thin white sauce
2 tbsp grated cheese
1 tbsp butter
oil as required
salt to taste
Method
1. Boil water in a vessel and add oil and salt.
2. Add the pasta and cook until soft.
3. Remove the pasta with a perforated spoon and put on a serving plate.
4. Heat butter in a pan and stir fry the onion for a minute.
5. Add the green chillies and mushrooms and fry for 3-4 minutes.
6. Add 3/4 cup of water and cook for 2 minutes.
7. Add the white sauce, oregano, cheese and salt.
8. Serve hot with pasta.
