Ingredients
1 cup boiled rice
2 cups dahi
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp chopped coriander
2 green chillies
1 tsp chana dal
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 1/2 tsp chopped ginger
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
salt to taste

Method
1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds to the oil.
2. When the seeds start spluttering, add chana and urad dal.
3. Add the chopped ginger, coriander and green chillies and saute for a minute.
4. Remove the pan from flame and add the rice.
5. Now add salt and desiccated coconut.
6. Mix the dahi and milk with the rice and serve.
