Ingredients
1/2 kg tinda cut into pieces
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
3 green chillies
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
coriander leaves for garnishing
Method
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
2. When the seeds start to splutter, add the tinda and green chillies and stir fry for a while.
3. Now add the red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala.
4. Cover the pan and cook over low flame.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
